Connecting Axxess SWC to MVX-140L to retain the use of factory steering wheel controls with aftermarket head unit

  1. Connect SW1 (White) on the MVX-140L to the Green/Orange (sometimes brown) wire on the AWSC-1.
  2. Connect SWG (Black) on the MVX-140L to ground (Black wire on the AWSC-1)
  3. Separate SW2 (Green) wire on the MVX-140L from each other by disconnecting the bullet connector and connect the Green wire (20-pin connector side. Not the adapter side) to the Black/Green wire of AWSC-1.
  4. Connect the red wire on the AWSC-1 to ACC.
  5. Power on the system and allow the AWSC-1 to complete its self-learning process. Steering buttons should work on the new head unit, will not work for factory system (group B)
