    • Interface Adapters, Modules, Video Amplifiers, Shark Fin Antennas, and Rear Backup Cameras: Covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
    • Mobile Holders: Covered for 90 days from the date of purchase.
    • Shiftpower Throttle Response Controllers: Covered for 3 years from the date of purchase.

  2. What is Covered:

    • Manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
    • Replacement or repair of defective parts, at our discretion.

  3. What is Not Covered:

    • Products showing signs of abuse, improper installation, or misuse.
    • Damage caused by installation work, accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or external causes.
    • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports.

  4. Claim Process:

    • To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photographs and/or videos.
    • Our team will review your claim and may request that you return the defective product for inspection.
    • If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a repair or replacement, as appropriate.

  5. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for warranty inspection.
    • If the product is found to be defective and covered by the warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.

  6. Exclusions and Limitations:

    • This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
